Sono felice... ma che cos’è veramente la felicità? Forse davvero, come mi hanno detto, è solo una parola che può racchiudere in sé il "tutto" e il "niente". Il "tutto" quando voresti urlare e cantare a squarcia gola al mondo intero che sei felice di essere al mondo anche quando le cose non vanno come vorresti, il "niente" quando sei triste e afflitto e anche le parole di un amico per te non hanno senso. Ma si sa, non è semplice dirsi e accettare l’idea di essere felici anche quando le cose non vanno, è meglio affliggersi e pensare che il mondo intero ce l’abbia con te. La felicità bisogna trovarla in ogni piccola cosa che si fa, io, ad esempio, mi aiuto cantando e sorridendo alle persone che incontro sulla metro o sull’autobus... vi assicuro che molte volte la gente prima rimane di stucco a vedere una persona che non si conosce che sorride, ma poi come "travolta" da questo sorriso genuino lentamente sorride anch’essa.
Lo so forse la felicità è solo una parola... ma ogni tanto nominiamola noteremo tutti quanti che al solo nominarla, il cielo scuro dei nostri pensieri negativi piano piano si trasformerà nel cielo azzurro e grande dei pensieri positivi.
